Equus and Habana have teamed up to simplify the process of testing, implementing and deploying AI infrastructure based on Habana Gaudi2 processors. Customers can now leverage Equus Lab-as-a-Service to reach their innovation goals while addressing the challenges created by large-scale lab infrastructures.
Gaudi2 is expressly architected to deliver high-performance, high-efficiency deep learning training and inference to address compute requirements of AI models—from computer vision and NLP models to multi-billion parameter large language and multi-modal models. Supermicro delivers 8-card Gaudi2-based servers for on-premises enterprise systems, which are now available in the Lab-as-a-Service provided by Equus.
Equus helps customers prototype, test and launch their AI initiatives as quickly and efficiently as possible with cutting-edge technologies such Habana Gaudi2. Lab-as-a-Service Equus serves enterprise customers by defining application and solution requirements, assembling system components, configuring hardware, testing and validating system performance and installing and managing system equipment.
Alvin Chu, VP of Solutions, Equus: “Building deep learning systems can be a daunting process for customers who don’t have the deep experience needed to implement advanced AI infrastructure. We’re excited to simplify this process with our LaaS and bring a new high-performance breed of deep learning solutions with Gaudi2 to our customers.”
Sree Ganesan, Head of Software Product, Habana Labs: “We’re pleased to work with Equus to help customers take advantage of Gaudi2 efficiencies, simplifying and accelerating the process of building out Gaudi2-based systems with Equus Lab-as-as-Service.”
