Habana is giving you access to Habana’s servers for the purpose of evaluating Habana AI Processors. If you encounter a technical issue and wish to request support from our engineering team, you may open a ticket through our JIRA Service Desk.
To support your request, you will may be asked to upload certain user data information, such as data which you use to train your AI models, your actual AI models, log files and scripts for using hardware.
The information collected may only be shared with Habana affiliates for the purpose of supporting your request, will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes described above in.
Any use of The Habana Labs SYNAPSEAI® Software Suite or any portion thereof, or any Feedback you provide to Habana on its AI Processors is subject to the terms and conditions of the Outbound Software License Agreement.
In case you provide us with any personal information, the information collected will not be used to identify or contact you and will only be retained for the purposed described above. You can access more information about Habana’s privacy practices online at http://www.intel.com/privacy.
All Information you provide will be stored at Habana’s servers, and will be deleted once your access to the servers is terminated. Habana utilizes reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect the information collected against unauthorized or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
